FAQs

When you sign up, the reception team will take the first 2 months payment up front. We will then setup your direct debit to start two months later. We do not charge an admin setup fee.

The plan is based on a 12-month agreement and will automatically renew each year so your pet continues to receive ongoing preventative care.

If you wish to cancel your plan during the 12 months, treatments or products that have already been received will be chargeable at the pay as you go fees.  Any payments made towards this will be deducted and any outstanding balance will need to be settled.

If payments are missed or the direct debit is cancelled, any treatments or products already provided may be charged at the pay as you go fees, with any outstanding balance payable.

Parasite prevention can be collected throughout the year from the practice. To allow us time to prepare your medication, we kindly ask that orders are placed by phone or email and allow up to 48 hours for collection.

Should you opt for home delivery, your products will automatically be posted to you at the correct intervals.

In line with current veterinary prescribing regulations, pets receiving prescription-only parasite treatment must be under the care of one of our Veterinary Surgeons. This means being examined at least every 12 months to ensure the medication prescribed remains safe and appropriate for your pet.
